Karyn Frist is the mother of three St. Albans alumni, Harrison '02, Jonathan '05 and Bryan '06 and a longtime STA volunteer. Mrs. Frist is a longstanding advocate for the arts, children, and women's health issues. She has been a leader in the Race for the Cure in both Tennessee and nationally. She is also an active supporter of Childhelp -- a national organization dedicated to preventing child abuse -- and a board member of the Children's Inn at the National Institutes of Health. An advocate for the arts, she has served on the boards of the Nashville Ballet, the Meridian International Center, the Ford Theater, the National Museum of Women in the Arts, and the Frist Center for Visual Arts.
