Lederer, (July 21, 1981-January 3, 1983); unsuccessful candidate for renomination to the Ninety-eighth Congress in 1982; Democratic City chairman, Philadelphia, 1983-1986; was a resident of Philadelphia, Pa., until his death there on May 14, 1999.
