James A Pardo

James A. Pardo is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's New York office. He focuses his practice on complex litigation, including class actions, product liability and multi-party mass tort cases. While at law school, James was a member of the Northwestern University Law Review. Prior to joining the Firm, James served as a law clerk to the Honorable James H. Brickley, former Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York bar, and has been admitted to practice before several state and federal courts.
