Dr. Bill Rish is Vice President of Hull’s Environmental Market and also directs The Risk Analysis Center at Hull (HullRAC). Bill has over 30 years experience in engineering, environmental science, risk assessment and decision analysis. He has managed numerous large, complex projects and has been active for many years in the development of federal and state rules, guidance and policy. In addition, he was a pioneer in the development of probabilistic techniques for quantifying engineering and environmental liability. Bill is currently involved in numerous midstream infrastructure projects in the Utica and Marcellus shale regions. He is an active member and Hydraulic Fracturing Risk subcommittee chair for the Marcellus Shale Coalition. He is also an active member of the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council, which repre- sents downstream users of shale gas and natural gas liquids and derivatives. Bill received a Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
