Tim Hannegan

An Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Wexler & Walker, Tim Hannegan serves as the principal outside lobbyist to major domestic and international air carriers. Mr Hannegan joined Wexler & Walker following service as an Assistant Director at the Government Accountability Office (GAO), where he frequently testified before Congress on aviation issues and the financial and economic impact of federal laws and regulations on the transportation industry. Mr. Hannegan graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in government and international affairs from the University of Notre Dame. He earned a Masters in International Economics from the School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. As the grandson of former Democratic National Committee Chairman Robert E. Hannegan and a prolific Democratic fundraiser, Mr. Hannegan is an inner-circle counselor to House and Senate Democratic leaders.
