Dr. Tom Failla, director of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Program; adjunct business faculty, Norwalk Community College and Pace University; B.A. Political Science, Central Connecticut State College 1973; MBA, University of New Haven, 1989, D.P.S. in management and marketing Pace University, 2008; research interests in consumer and organizational behavior; formerly NCC’s director of business and industry services 1998-2009; previously a corporate executive and management consultant 1973-1998; and journalist 1968-1973 covering state and local government in Connecticut; current chair of the Faculty Advisory Committee to the Board of Regents; serves in local government on land use boards from 1991 to present; Stamford Enterprise Zone Commission from 2005-present and the Southwest Regional Planning Agency from 2009-2011. Life-long Connecticut resident born in Hartford in 1948 and currently reside in Weston, Conn since 1988.
