Jim Quinlan

Jim Quinlan has been head of American Legion Baseball since 1986. A U.S. Marine veteran, Quinlan attended the University of Iowa under the GI Bill. He is a former scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America and is currently serving as Youth chairman on the USA Baseball Board of Directors. As coordinator of the American Legion's national baseball program, he runs the day-to-day operations of the oldest amateur youth baseball program in the country. Under his leadership the Legion baseball program has grown by more than 2,000 teams. Quinlan and his wife, Linda, reside in Indianapolis.
