Bill Barker

William "Bill" G. Barker is Chief Financial Officer at Trustwave responsible for all of Trustwave's finance, accounting, treasury, tax and investor relations functions. Bill has nearly 30 years of finance experience, with previous roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Federal Signal Corporation and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. He has also held senior finance positions at PepsiCo, Inc. and The Quaker Oats Company. Bill holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
