S Christopher Winter

S. Christopher ("Kit") Winter focuses his practice on Internet, intellectual property and business litigation. He also advises clients in strategic planning, data security and privacy, and risk management. Mr. Winter is a member of the Firm's Diversity Committee. Before joining Dykema, Mr. Winter was in private practice in Los Angeles, representing clients in the entertainment and media industries. He previously served as General Counsel to the Internet subsidiaries of New Frontier Media, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOOF), including Interactive Telecom Network, Inc., an Internet service provider, data center, and ICANN- and CORE-accredited domain name registrar, and Card Transactions, Inc., a startup credit card processing provider. Mr. Winter has also worked as a graphic designer, advertising sales executive, sous chef, nightclub promoter, advice columnist, and magazine production manager.
