Before HP, Scott managed software development in Compuware's EcoTools division, and was a Software Engineer for several Defense contractors, including Raytheon, Texas Instruments, and Tiburon Systems. Scott is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and served in the United States Navy through two Arabian Gulf deployments from 1990 through 1994.
