ROBERT STEELE. Mr. Steele has served as a Kellogg Director since July 1, 2007. He was appointed Vice Chairman -- Global Health and Well-Being of Procter & Gamble in July 2007. He was Group President -- Global Household Care from April 2006 to July 2007 and Group President -- North America from July 2004 through April 2006. Prior to that, he was President, North America from July 2000 through July 2004.
