Michele Soho is the Managing Director of Human Resources and Operations at The Glover Park Group. Over the past eight years at GPG, Michele has been instrumental in the development of strategic human resource policies and procedures supporting the growth of the company. Michele serves as a key advisor to division and executive management and provides direction on compensation and employee benefits, staffing and recruitment, professional development, performance management, employee relations and workforce planning. As a generalist with expertise across the spectrum of human resources, Michele is also responsible for the oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the Washington, D.C. and New York offices. Before joining GPG, Michele spent a decade working in the non-profit sector. As Assistant Director for Development at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, she was responsible for managing the Foundation’s largest corporate partnerships. Prior to that, she was a Director with The Greater New Orleans Foundation where she developed and managed grant making programs and built constituent support for Foundation initiatives in the community. A native of Louisiana, Michele earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Millsaps College. Michele lives with her husband and three children in Silver Spring, MD.
