James B. Mann, Esq. is General Counsel of SunLight General Capital LLC. Previously, Mr. Mann served as Director of Structured Finance of Soltage, Inc., Director of Derivative Products Group of Societé Generale, Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and General Counsel of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. He received an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
