From 2000 to 2003, he served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to that, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust, and an attorney in private practice. Mr. Brown graduated from Harvard College in 1981 and from Harvard Law School in 1984.
