Wendy G Adkins

Wendy G. Adkins is a Member of the Firm in the Morgantown, West Virginia, office practicing in the Industrial, Environmental and Complex Litigation and the Labor and Employment Practice Groups. She is also part of the Firm’s Higher Education Industry Group representing higher education entities in West Virginia on various matters. Ms. Adkins joins Jackson Kelly after finishing a two‑year federal clerkship with the Honorable Irene M. Keeley of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Adkins was an associate in the litigation department of Huddleston Bolen LLP in Huntington, West Virginia. Ms. Adkins is a summa cum laude graduate of West Virginia University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in journalism in 2000. She graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2003, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
