Alaina Gilligo

Ms. Gilligo is the Chief of Staff for Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, directing the development of programs and policies designed to improve the lives of New Yorkers, in areas including urban planning, community and economic development, housing, education, and transportation. She received a Master of Public Administration degree from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and completed her undergraduate studies at Columbia University’s Barnard College.
