Jeffrey A. Bartos is the President and CEO of Mark Group, Inc. Jeff and his team lead the North American operations of Mark Group's global energy efficiency business from the company’s headquarters at The Navy Yard in Philadelphia. Mark Group is a leading provider of energy efficiency analysis and upgrades for residential, multi-family, institutional and commercial property owners. Each week, Mark Group installs energy saving measures in over 7000 properties from its 29 offices in the UK, Australia, the United States and New Zealand. Prior to joining Mark Group, Jeff served as counsel and Division President for Toll Brothers, Inc, the nation’s largest luxury homebuilder. As Division President, Jeff managed Toll's land acquisition, land entitlements and homebuilding operations in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. As counsel, Jeff advised senior management on acquisitions and land use approvals and managed litigation relating to all aspects of the company’s business. Jeff is proud to serve on the Board of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, the Development Committee of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, the Board of Jewish Federation Real Estate and the Advisory Board of Snider Hockey. Jeff earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law (1997) and his undergraduate degree from Emory University (1994). Jeff and his wife, Sheryl, have two daughters, Emily and Sarah.
