J Michael Losh

Losh spent 36 years in various capacities with General Motors, retiring in 2000 as VP and CFO. He served as interim CFO for Cardinal Health from 2004 through 2005. He served on numerous public company boards over the past 25 years, including as a director of Cardinal Health from 1996 through the spin-off of CareFusion Corporation in 2009, and as presiding director at CareFusion until its acquisition by Becton Dickinson in 2015. Former Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health (on an interim basis) from July 2004 to May 2005. Chairman of Metaldyne Corporation, an automotive parts manufacturer, from October 2000 to April 2002.
