Erica Ward Gerson

Gerson retired from Skadden Arps, where she practiced law for 30 years. Erica Ward Gerson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Edward Ward of Portola Valley, Calif., and was special assistant to the general counsel of the United States Department of Energy. She was also formerly a counsel to the Senate Ethics Committee's Korean investigation, and graduated from Stanford University, where her father is director of the Center for Research in International Studies. At law school, she was managing editor of The Law Review.
