Mickey Pohl has extensive trial and appellate experience having handled such cases across the country for more than 30 years. He has counseled clients on U.S. litigation issues in Europe, South America, Asia, and the Caribbean. His practice includes product liability and toxic tort matters and government investigations, including Consumer Products Safety Commission matters, as well as antitrust, corporate governance, telecommunications, natural resources, and corporate criminal litigation. For more than 20 years, Mickey has led the team representing The Sherwin-Williams Company in lead paint and pigment cases.
