Thomas F Brett II

Tom chairs the Real Estate Group and concentrates his practice in planning, structuring, and implementing real estate and business transactions with special emphasis on tax planning for these matters. Tom has broad experience in a wide variety of real estate and commercial transactions representing buyers and sellers of properties, lenders, landlords, tenants, developers, syndicators, and investors. His practice includes extensive work with partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies, as well as the placement of debt and equity for these entities.
