Cheryl Krueger was the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Cheryl & Co., a multi-million dollar gourmet food and gift corporation, which she sold in 2005. Krueger had served as president since the company’s incorporation in 1981 through March 2009. She founded KRUEGER+CO. Consulting, Inc. and serves as its CEO. Its primary focus is to help companies develop creative marketing and sales strategies as well as evaluate product development pipelines, operations, logistics, and financial performance. Krueger has served on the Bob Evans Farms Board of Directors since 1993 and serves on its Compensation Committee and as Chairperson for its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. In June 2012 she was asked to serve a 9 year term on the Ohio State Board of Trustees. She also is President of the Church Council for St. Paul Lutheran Church, Westerville, Ohio. Additionally, Krueger serves as the Campaign Chair for the James Cancer Hospital. In 2010 The Ohio State University presented her with the Gerlach Award for the work she had done throughout the university. In 1999, she was named the top female entrepreneur of the year for the entire United States by Working Women Magazine. She served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Board for District 4 and served as the Chairperson of their Operations Committee. She is a member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO); an honorary Board Member of the Seal of Ohio Girl Scout Council; an 8 year member of the Board of Trustees for The Columbus Academy, a private college preparatory school in Columbus, Ohio; and Chairperson of the Capital Campaign for The Columbus Academy. She served as the Foundation Board Past President of the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute at The Ohio State University where in January 2009 she received the Champion Award in recognition of dedication and outstanding contributions to the commitment of hope. She also serves on The Ohio State University Foundation Board. In May 2009, she received a Doctor of Humanities Degree from Capital University.
