Christopher Mears

Chris Mears & Associates, Inc. was founded after 30 years of military service with USAF and 13 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation. Upon retirement from USAF he accepted a management position at Northrop Grumman Corporation and was responsible as a Senior Ac- count Executive representing Northrop Grumman to the Air and Army National Guard and Air Force Reserve. During his tenure at Northrop Grumman, he was responsible for more than $2.2B in sales for the Electronic Systems Sector that included the following product lines: Litening, LAIRCM, Joint Threat Emitter, ALQ -131/184, LN-260, APG-78 radar, Guardian IRCM Pod. Additionally, he managed a team of consultants who assisted in the success of Northrop Grumman products being sold to the National Guard and Reserve, impacting all the sectors in the company. He also was instrumental in the most recent win in the Information Systems Sector; the Air National Guard/Air Force Reserve C-130 Real Time Information into the Cockpit (RTIC Campaign through his contacts in the customer acquisition community.
