Robert Silverman, a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton in the firm’s Strategic Innovation Group, serves clients in multiple dimensions of analytics, including cost transformation and program management operations research. Mr. Silverman has worked with clients in both the private and public sectors, including the US Departments of Energy, Defense, Transportation, Interior, Veterans Affairs, and Health and Human Services; General Services Administration (GSA); National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA); state and local transit agencies; Southern California Edison; and Adventist Healthcare. An expert in asset management, Mr. Silverman often serves as a featured speaker at industry events, including the National Academies of Science Federal Facilities Council, Interagency Committee for Property Management, Project Management Institute, Association of Government Accountants, and many others. He has published research on advanced program management analytics and earned value management. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. Silverman worked for a variety of organizations, including Logistics Management Institute, University of Baltimore, and KPMG Consulting. Mr. Silverman received a B.S. degree in mathematical sciences, a B.A. degree in economics, and an M.S. degree in systems analysis for public decision making from Johns Hopkins University.
