Mark Arnsberger, a Rockville, MD-based Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President leads the firm’s infrastructure operations—contracts, subcontracts, strategic business services, program business services, recruiting/resource management, and HR services—for the firm’s security business. He supports day-to-day opportunities and engagements in a seamless and integrated manner through dedicated business relationships and deep market and functional expertise. In partnership with corporate functions he is responsible for ensuring risk mitigation and compliance management in the delivery of services. Previously, Mr. Arnsberger was responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s core services organization, including people core services; administrative core services; global real estate, facilities planning, and design; source to pay; information core services; accounts receivable; labor accounting; payroll; and enterprise reporting and analytics. He is currently leading the development of a multi-year plan to gain efficiencies and cost savings through an expanded and enhanced shared service delivery model. From 2007-2011 Mr. Arnsberger assisted with the creation and leadership of the corporate finance function. Over his career, Mr. Arnsberger has played a key role in the implementation and support of various financial management applications and tools to automate key functions, including: Job Cost Accounting Management Information System (JAMIS) Project Cost Report (PCR) On-line Time On-line Expense On-line He has led several organizational transformations including the initial establishment of the finance shared services organization in 2004, which allowed the firm to consolidate back office processes, resulting in standardized processes and leading to economies of scale and cost savings. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. Arnsberger spent seven years with the accounting firm Deloitte Touche. Mr. Arnsberger graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College with a B.S. degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
