Jennifer Swindell leads the firm’s United States Marine Corps business. Previously, Ms. Swindell served as Booz Allen’s Principal Lead for the firm’s Supply Chain and Logistics Business in the Navy and Marine Corps. In that role, she built a robust logistics business throughout key clients in the Navy and Marine Corps. Ms. Swindell has also established and led work in logistics, IT, and knowledge management throughout the Pacific Rim, collaborating with both Navy and Joint clients. She also served as the GWAC regional manager, and grew the firm’s team in Guam and Japan. In 2003, Ms. Swindell was selected as one of six Booz Allen “Women of Distinction”. Prior to entering the private sector, Ms. Swindell served as a Special Operations Officer in the United States Navy, leading an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Detachment on independent operations in hazardous, changing environments. She assisted the US Secret Service and State Department Diplomatic Security in protecting senior members of the Executive Branch and Foreign Diplomats. She is a qualified Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer, Diving Officer, Naval Parachutist, and Surface Warfare Officer. A National Merit Scholar, Ms. Swindell graduated with a B.A. degree in economics from Wesleyan University, in Middletown, Connecticut and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, completing her studies at the Sasin Business School at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand.
