William Schuler, a Herndon, VA-based Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President, leads the Army Enterprise Technology business for the firm. With more than 25 years of experience providing IT infrastructure and engineering experience, he is also recognized as a functional leader in the firm’s cyber technologies capabilities. In this role, Mr. Schuler leads a team of IT professionals serving clients across the Department of Defense (DoD) in the following areas: Advanced networking Emerging technologies Identity and access management IT infrastructure solutions Enterprise management and operations Cloud computing Among his numerous assignments at Booz Allen, Mr. Schuler led the network architecture design for an Air Force next-generation internet protocol-based satellite communications system. He also led the design and stand up of the firm’s Center for Networking and Systems Innovation (CNSI). His memberships include AFCEA and the IEEE Communications Society. Mr. Schuler holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from George Mason University and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
