Shannon Fitzgerald is a Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President leading organizational strategy, change management, business analysis, business process redesign, and transformation engagements. She has 18 years of consulting experience in regulatory and banking, commercial financial services, distribution operations, and aerospace. Her areas of expertise are: Organizational strategy and restructuring Change management Business process improvement Program and performance management Enterprise transformation and modernization Ms. Fitzgerald has extensive experience in the design and stand up of new organizations and programs. She provides innovative solutions to drive operational efficiencies into existing programs for both the federal and commercial sectors. She currently leads large scale strategic initiatives across the financial regulatory community including the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the U.S. Treasury. As a recognized expert in change management, Ms. Fitzgerald is an instructor for the Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) course at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She holds a B.S. degree in Business and Operations Management from Towson State University.
