William M Austin

Mr. Austin joined the Company in July 2004 as an advisor to the Chief Executive and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Austin served as Chief Restructuring Officer of Northwestern Corporation from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Austin has also served as Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Operations, of Cable & Wireless/Exodus Communications from 2001 to 2002 and as Chief Financial Officer of BMC Software from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Austin spent nearly six years at McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, serving most recently as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and eighteen years at Bankers Trust Company.
