Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President Peter Floyd supports the firm’s clients with his extensive engineering management, systems engineering, and design experience. Working out of the firm’s central Maryland offices, Mr. Floyd leads the technology, research, computer network defense and information assurance areas in Booz Allen’s National Security Agency business. With over 34 years of engineering and management experience, Mr. Floyd has played multiple roles in the design, development and delivery of critical SIGINT, Cyber, EW/IMINT (Electronic Warfare and Imagery Intelligence), and wireless telecommunications systems worldwide. In recent years, Mr. Floyd has led teams in the development and delivery of Multi-INT Sensors for airborne, shipboard, and ground-based Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems for military applications. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Floyd served in a variety of roles in business, technology, and engineering Management for Watkins-Johnson, BAE Systems, L-3 Communications, and DRS Technologies. Mr. Floyd holds a B.S.E.E. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland, and a B.A. degree in chemistry from McDaniel College.
