Dr. Kletter supports initiatives in top management organizational effectiveness, private equity due diligence, industry strategic discontinuities management, and corporate portfolio assessments. In addition, he has worked with several organizations to develop business units that are rapidly reconfigurable to suit quickly changing customer and market demands across multinational boundaries. A recognized thought leader, Dr. Kletter has authored or co-authored several studies and articles, including “A Global Checkup: Diagnosing the Health of Today’s Organizations” and “Treating the Troubled Corporation,” both of which appeared in strategy+business. Dr. Kletter holds B.S. degree in management and mathematics, an M.B.A., and a Ph.D in management, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
