Patricia Goforth, a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, leads the firm’s cyber operations business, focusing on design, development and deployment of cyber solutions that integrate technology, operations, personnel, and policy to meet client’s mission critical goals. She is also a leader in the firm’s Cyber Technology Center of Excellence which delivers cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and mission assurance capabilities to clients across the commercial, international, civil, defense and national security markets. She is based in Herndon, VA, and has 30 years of professional experience in the areas of cyber and IT infrastructure. Ms. Goforth and her team deliver full lifecycle support with services including: Cyber strategy, policy, planning, and operations Dynamic defense solutions for threat monitoring, integrated remediation, and preemptive response Communications engineering, including integration of satellite, wireless, and terrestrial systems Cloud computing and storage solutions Unified communications and collaboration Identity management and biometrics Network and IT service management Ms. Goforth and her team earned Booz Allen’s highest honor for outstanding customer service—the Professional Excellence Award (PEA)—for their contributions to transforming the Commercial SATCOM business processes of one of the firm’s defense clients. She also instituted quality control processes, including ITIL, ISO 9001 and CMMi, significantly raising the quality of Booz Allen’s delivered infrastructure solutions. Before joining the firm, Ms. Goforth served as a systems engineer at CONTEL. She received B.S. and M.S. degrees in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
