SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
As a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, Dave Mader leads the firm’s business in support of U.S. Department of Treasury, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae, as well as the Executive Office of the President, Congress, Office of Management & Budget, Office of Personnel Management, General Services Administration, and Government Accountability Office.
He also represents to key clients the full spectrum of the firm’s service offerings, including:
Human capital shared services
Mr. Mader has contributed his expertise to numerous projects at the firm, including:
Assisting a major federal agency in establishing a consumer finance protection agency
Assisting a large federal agency in creating its first citizen satisfaction tool
Serving as senior advisor to a joint organizational design team and leading the implementation of a federal acquisition service merger/reorganization support project
Leading the effort to study more effective delivery of IT services for a large federal agency
Leading the effort to conduct the first-ever comprehensive study of rates and costs for water and sewer services for 800,000+ customers of a city’s customer service and water and sewer operations bureaus
Mr. Mader is a lecturer for the Change Management Advanced Practitioner program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He is also the recipient of both the Distinguished and Meritorious President Rank Award the Treasury Secretary’s Honor Award.
Formerly employed as an IRS assistant deputy commissioner, he was part of a team that researched techniques for effecting real change in government.
Mr. Mader holds a B.S. degree in political science from Mount St. Mary’s University and is a Fellow with the National Academy of Public Administration. He also completed the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Government Administration mid-career program for government executives.more » « less
