Theodore Shema is a retired executive vice president who serves as a senior executive advisor to Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Shema joined Booz Allen in 1976 and retired in 2005. While serving as a senior executive advisor, Mr. Shema has concentrated his activities in the areas of: Development, mentoring, promotion preparation and assessment of senior staff (Sr. Associate and above) Assessments of client team performance Client satisfaction surveys and analyses Client development support (strategy development and execution) Proposal support (color teaming) Prior to his retirement, Mr. Shema led the firm’s activities with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Defense agencies, and the Joint Commands. In this role, he has contributed to assignments in defense-wide C4I, defense logistics, military health, and missile defense. Additionally, with Booz Allen, Mr. Shema has focused on client projects involving secure military communications, spread spectrum communications, and Army and Navy C3I systems development and acquisition. Mr. Shema’s career history prior to joining Booz Allen includes the Naval Electronics Systems Security Engineering Center, the National Security Agency, and the United States Air Force. Mr. Shema received a BSEE degree from Montana State University.
