Booz Allen Hamilton Executive Vice President Laurie Gallo leads the top down planning and strategy development for the firm’s Security business, as well as supporting the development of our functional communities and quality review programs. Previously, she led elements of the national security community specifically in the areas of intelligence analysis, mission operations, operations support, and counter-terrorism initiatives Ms. Gallo is an advisor to Booz Allen’s Community of Professional Intelligence Analysts (CPIA), a forum for the firm’s analysts to share information, capabilities, and methodologies. She is also a member of the firm’s Ethics Committee and Wounded Warriors Steering Committee. In addition, Ms. Gallo is the chair of the Operation Homefront DC Metro Advisory Group. Operation Homefront provides emergency assistance to the country’s troops, their families, and wounded warriors. She is a noted speaker on diversity, leadership, workplace ethics, and career advancement. Prior to joining Booz Allen in 1984, Ms. Gallo worked as an intelligence analyst at the National Security Agency, where she provided intelligence reports and analysis to the intelligence community. She holds a B.S. degree in journalism from the University of Maryland and an M.A. degree in national security policy studies from George Washington University.
