Booz Allen Hamilton Executive Vice President Tony Mitchell leads the firm’s Navy and Marine Corps business. Mr. Mitchell has nearly 25 years of consulting experience, supporting private and public sector clients in the US and Europe. In prior roles his clients have included the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Mr. Mitchell contributes his knowledge and insights in several areas to Booz Allen engagements, including: Requirements development management IT infrastructure assessment and performance management Operational Readiness Assessments Program management Within Booz Allen, Mr. Mitchell also serves as the Chairman of the Executive Development Committee where he leads efforts to develop, promote and assess senior leaders inside the firm. Externally, Mr. Mitchell is on the board of directors for the United Negro College Fund – Special Programs, where he is chairman of the Audit, Budget, and Finance Committee. Mr. Mitchell holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the General Motors Institute (now known as Kettering University) and an M.S. degree in information systems management from the George Washington University. He also completed the Senior Executives in National and International Security program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
