Ian B Davidson

Mr. Davidson was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company on July 1, 1999, and was appointed Chairman of the Board in February 2005. From December 1992 through July 1999, he served as a director of the general partner of the former master limited partnership. Mr. Davidson is the chairman of the board of directors of Davidson Companies, a leading regional financial services holding company and the parent company of DA Davidson & Co., a full-service investment firm based in the Northwest.
