As General Manager of Britax Heath Tecna, he had profit and loss responsibility for multiple businesses in the aircraft integration, reconfiguration and composites manufacturing sectors. Before joining Britax, Mr. Exton held senior positions at Fiat, and Lucas Electrical in the UK where he began his career. Mr. Exton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Warwick University in the UK.
