On December 31, 2005, Mr. Khoury retired from service as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, a position he held since August 2000. From April 1996 through August 2000, he served as Vice Chairman of the Company. Mr. Khoury is the brother of Amin J. Khoury.
