Gary L Paxton

Gary L. Paxton has served as a director since October 2003, and also from November 1997 to May 2000. Mr. Paxton is currently the Chief Executive Officer and President of DTG. Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer and President, Mr. Paxton was an Executive Vice President of DTG from November 1997 to December 2002 and was the Chief Operating Officer and President of DTG - Corporate Operations, from January 2003 to September 2003. Mr. Paxton was President of Dollar Rent A Car Systems, Inc. (now known as DTG Operations, Inc.) from November 1990 to December 2002. Mr. Paxton is also a director of Forward Air Corporation.
