Mary A Cirillo

Mary Cirillo is a former senior banking executive. She has most recently served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a privately held company. Cirillo has had a 23-year career with Citibank and Bankers Trust where she served as Chief Executive Officer of Bankers Trust Company's Global Institutional Services. She was a member of the Banker's Trust Management Committee reporting to the Chairman of Bankers Trust and subsequently a member of the Deutsche Bank's senior management team post acquisition of Bankers Trust by Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Bankers Trust, Cirillo spent 20 years at Citibank and was most recently responsible for the Global Relationship Banking Operations and Technology Group, which supported the operations and information technology needs of the North America, Europe and Japan capital markets, transaction services and corporate finance businesses. Cirillo joined Citibank in 1977 and served in a variety of strategy, planning, operations, product development, technology, and business management positions. Early in her career Cirillo worked as a management consultant at Ernst and Ernst, a product manager for Programming Methods, Inc. and a programmer/analyst at ATT. Cirillo currently serves as a director of DealerTrack, Thomson Reuters, and ACE Limited, and is on the Advisory Board of Hudson Venture Partners, NY. She formerly served as a board member of the Financial Services Roundtable and was a former director of Digital Island, Cisco Systems Inc., and Quest Diagnositcs Her civic activities include serving on several not-for profit boards. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Roundabout Theatre Company and serves as a board member at the Advisory Board for the School of Arts and Sciences of New York University; and the Advisory Board of the Cancer Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
