Mr. Tiller is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1999 to April 2005. From July 15, 1998 to May 20, 1999, Mr. Tiller served as the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1983 to 1998, Mr. Tiller held a number of design, marketing and plant management positions with General Electric Corporation, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of G.E. Silicones. Mr. Tiller is a member of our Technology Committee.
