Bruce Barone has served on our Board of Directors since June 2002. Since December 1998, he has worked as an independent consultant. Prior to December 1998, Mr. Barone was the President and CEO of Overseas Partners Ltd, a global reinsurance and real estate company, and served in a variety of senior financial positions at United Parcel Service.
