David Beffa-Negrini has served on our Board of Directors since September 1994. Mr. Beffa-Negrini has served as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Creative Services since February 2007. Mr. Beffa-Negrini served as Co-President of our Merrimack Services subsidiary from September 2005 to February 2007 and as our Vice President of Corporate Communications from June 2000 to February 2007. Mr. Beffa-Negrini has served in a variety of senior management capacities in the areas of merchandising, marketing, and communications. He has been an employee since 1983.
