Noel Joseph Spiegel

Noel Spiegel is a Senior Financial Executive with more than forty years of operational and leadership experience. As a Senior Partner of the Global Professional Services Firm, Deloitte & Touche LLP, he provided Business Advisory and Audit services to a wide range of global organizations, including Start-ups, Private Equity Investors and Multinational Public Companies. He has worked extensively with corporate boards to develop, enhance and support corporate strategy and functioned as an advisor to senior executives and members of the board, identifying and resolving business issues, with a view toward enhancing shareholder value. In addition to serving as Treasurer of the Jewish Communal Fund, Mr. Spiegel currently serves on the Board of Directors of the UJA-Federation of New York and is a Former Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Legal Aid Society of New York. His corporate board service includes American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. and Radian Group Inc. Mr. Spiegel received a Bachelor’s of Science from Long Island University and is a graduate of the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School.
