Brian has spent his career driving growth and innovation for leading technology, advertising, and content companies. He has held CEO and other senior leadership or board roles with companies leading and defending against disruption. Brian stays abreast of current trends in digital media and technology through his service on the boards of The New York Times, (he is Lead Director and chairs the Technology and Innovation Committee), Teladoc and as Chairman of Grubhub. Brian also serves on several private boards and as an advisor to CEOs and senior executives, primarily in the areas of leadership, strategy and scaling businesses. Brian’s past and present board and executive roles span experience in digital and traditional media including Disney/ABC, the New York Times and Pandora; adtech, martech, AI and Machine Learning including Amplero, aQuantive, AppNexus, Microsoft and Placed; and consumer businesses including Blue Nile, Clearwire, FrontDoor, Grubhub, PicMonkey, The Wine Group and Teladoc.
