He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Univar N.V., a chemical distribution company based in Bellevue, Washington with distribution centers in the United States, Canada and Europe. Mr. Pruitt joined Univar in 1978 and held a variety of senior management positions until his appointment as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2002.
