Uri P Harkham

Uri P. Harkham a member of the Compensation Committee, became a member of the Board of the Company in March 1993. Mr. Harkham has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harkham Industries, which specializes in designing, manufacturing and marketing women's clothing under its four labels, Harkham, Hype, Jonathan Martin and Johnny Martin, since its organization in 1976. Since 1978, Mr. Harkham has been the Chief Executive Officer of Harkham Family Enterprises, a real estate firm specializing in buying and rebuilding retail and mixed use real estate throughout Southern California.
