Harvey Lenkin became a member of the Board of the Company in 1991. Mr. Lenkin retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company in 2005, and was a consultant for Public Storage until July 1, 2006. Mr. Lenkin was employed by the Company or its predecessor for 27 years. He has been a director of the Company's affiliate, PS Business Parks, Inc., since March 1998 and was President of PS Business Parks, Inc. from 1990 until March 1998. He is also a director of Paladin Realty Income Properties I, Inc. and a director of Huntington Memorial Hospital, Pasadena, California and a former member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of NAREIT.
