Ronald L. Havner, Jr. has been the Vice-Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of the Company since November 2002 and President since July 1, 2005. Mr. Havner joined the Company in 1986 and held a variety of senior management positions until his appointment as Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2002. Mr. Havner has been Chairman of the Company's affiliate, PS Business Parks, Inc. (PSB), since March 1998 and was Chief Executive Officer of PSB from March 1998 until August 2003. He is also a member of the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc. (NAREIT). He is also a director of UnionBanCal Corporation and GF Acquisition Corp.
